We are in complete control of the finish product, therefore we make sure the floor is sanded smooth with no offsets before we proceed.
First we seal the raw wood. At this point, you have your choice of stain color if you wish the wood to be other than natural. Then we apply the final coats of urethane finish, and you have your choice of a satin or high gloss finish.
