Solid
wood is milled from high quality lumber that has been air-dried and kiln
dried. It is then milled to a precise size, tongue and grooved on all four
sides. Unfinished floor will require sanding, sealing and finished with
a urethane.T his is all done on job site, and the finish used is dictated
by the traffic the floor will be subject to.

Solid
Wood Prefinished
This is manufactured just like
the unfinished except it is sanded, the sealer and finish are applied at
the factory so there is nothing more required of the installer. The prefinished
treatment at the factory concise of multiple coats of sealer and multiple
coats of finish.
